By accessing or using Silána services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Orders
All fragrances are handmade to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days. Prices are displayed in LAK and THB. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept bank transfer and cash payment. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available within Laos and Thailand. Shipping times vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Pickup is available at Silána in Vientiane.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We will address defects or errors in production on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by Silána. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vientiane.
